JV Kokhloma
Today LLC “Joint Venture “KOKHLOMA” produces approx. 1100 tons of 100% cotton yarn monthly, for weaving and knitting, from Tex 111 to Tex 15.4 (from NM 9 to NM 65).
According to the technical re-equipment plan a full-cycle Rieter, Schlafhorst & Truetzschler equipment was installed in 2003 and 2005. The full cycle covers the stages from preparation to spinning. The complex includes:
- - Automatic bale pluckers - «Uniflock À-11» and «Blendomat BDT 019»
- - Multifunctional separator - SP MF
- - Waste batcher-plucker – Â 2/5
- - Single-drum cleaners – «Uniclean  7/3»
- - Cleaning – mixing machines - «Unimix  60»
- - Cleaners – CL –P, Cleanomat CL –C1, CL-C3
- - Mixers MX –U and MX - I
- - Foreign particles cleaner SECUROMAT SP-F
- - Fiber fine cleaning machines – «Uniflex  60»
- - Carding machined TC 03 and Ñ 51 with feed hoppers «Aerofeed À 70»
- - Draw frames SB-P15, RSB-D35 and TD 03
- - OE spinning machines ÂÒ 903
- - Spinning machines «Autocoro -360» with break-removing and discharging robots

All yarn is tested by “Zellweger-Uster” testing equipment. LLC “Joint Venture “KOKHLOMA” can be proud of its product that complies with international standards.
