LLC Trading House "KOKHLOMA" was founded February 2nd, 2002 and is part of "Kokhloma" Textile Group. The main function is to help clients choose and purchase the yarns. Being the chief department in this company, the Sales Department optimizes sales and is a link within the "client - production" logic chain. It is managers that help to place orders in production, respecting all clients' interests, wishes and individual requirements.

Specialists of the department form stock of orders, build logistic schemes and perform customer service, issue accounting, customs and permission documents. A system enabling to trace an order from its placement to delivery was developed for convenience of the customer service; transport service can be obtained, marketing research is conducted; the staff participate in occasional skill-improving programs. LLC Trading House "KOKHLOMA" is a constant exhibitor at many Russian and foreign exhibitions. The Sales Department is always ready to help its clients, advise, demostrate product samples and negotiate contracts.
